Swedish Massage: This full body
massage combines Swedish, acupressure and other body work
techniques to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind,
increase circulation and lymph flow, and to relieve muscle
pain and tension. This is a wonderful massage using medium
to medium/deep pressure depending on the individual needs of
the person. Incredibly relaxing. This is my most popular
massage. Approx. One hour Long. $75.00
Stress-Reduction Massage: This
very popular session combines a full Swedish massage with
Reflexology on the hands and feet, some polarity moves and
additional techniques not used in our one hour massage. This
session is designed around your specific needs so that
you'll receive the most relaxing and beneficial massage.

and a half hours of pure luxury. $98.00
Earth Essence Hot
Stone Massage: Ahhh, this massage will transport you to
a state of deep tranquility. Using warm basalt stones, I
first anoint your back with 5 different essential oils, then
I glide the warm smooth stones over your body letting the
penetrating heat melt away any tight muscles and tension
that you have built up during the day. This session is a
blend of stone massage and Swedish techniques. It is pure
bliss. Approx. One and a half hours: $135.00
Back Massage:
This half hour session combines Swedish and other body work
techniques on the back, neck, face and shoulders to relax
muscle tension and back discomfort. I also include a
relaxing scalp massage and acupressure points to clear sinus
congestion and relieve headaches. $47.00
Deep Tissue
Back Massage: This 1/2 hour massage covers the neck,
back and shoulders and is great for people who have very
tight muscles that need deeper work then we offer with in
our other massages. If you have never had a massage at our
office we suggest that you start with the Back Massage or
Swedish Massage. $57.00
Tension Releaser: Similar
to the back massage. This session is for the person who has
a lot of neck tension, back discomfort and /or headaches. I
work the scalp, face , neck, back, shoulders and the arms if
needed. Techniques used are Swedish, acupressure, trigger
points, cross-fiber friction, and deep tissue. Special
attention is given to the areas that need the most work.
This is a deeper massage. 45 minutes long. $75.00
Reflexology:
Reflexology is an ancient art where the reflex points on the
feet are stimulated and massaged to reduce stress and
revitalize energy. the reflex points on the feet correspond
to the entire body. Reflexology leaves your feet tingling
and ready to endure the world as this session also relaxes
your whole body. Half hour session. $47.00
Aromatherapy Massage:
You will experience the delightful effects of
Aromatherapy as I choose 3-4 pure essential oils of the
highest quality to be blended specifically for you. Using
the Shirley Price method from England, this massage is
gentle using a lot of long, flowing strokes, acupressure
points and other soothing techniques. This massage will have
you floating on air. The specific techniques used in this session
are incredibly relaxing and along with the pure essential
oils used, you will find it hard to lift yourself off the
table. Approx. One hour long. $75.00
The
Ultimate 2 Hours: For the person who loves
to be pampered. This
massage includes a full Swedish and
Reflexology session, plus a blending of other massage and
bodywork styles to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.
Sessions are never exactly the same.
Approx. Two hours long.

Polarity: Polarity therapy balances the negative and positive energies
in the body. The
practitioners hands are placed on positive and negative
points throughout the body and held and/or gently rocked.
This general session will leave you very relaxed and
at peace with yourself.

This is an important time in a women’s life.
Throughout your pregnancy your body will experience
many changes. Massage
will help ease the normal discomforts of pregnancy such as

Massage:
Very similar to the Swedish.
This session uses more nurturing & soothing
techniques along with some acupressure to put you into a
state of deep relaxation.
Excellent for the person who likes a lighter touch.

Compassionate
Touch Massage: This massage is for people going
through cancer treatments and after care. We blend different
massage techniques to bring you to a place of deep
relaxation. Each massage is designed specifically for you.
Massage is a great way to help you reconnect with your body.
It helps speed recovery, uplifts your mood and helps you get
through this difficult time. One hour session: $75.00
Combination
Swedish & Reflexology Session: A
wonderful massage which combines a full Swedish massage
& a half hour of foot Reflexology.
At the end of this one & a half hour massage you
will feel soothed, pampered & delightfully refreshed.

The
Day of Your Massage
*Dress
comfortably. If you are coming directly from work it is nice
to bring a change of clothes to go home in.
*We ask that you do not use any perfume, cologne, powders,
or body lotions the day of your appointment.
*Please shower before coming for your appointment. If you
are coming directly from work, please shower that morning.
*Please refrain from drinking alcohol or having a full meal
before your appointment
time (a light meal or snack is ok).
OFFICE POLICY
When
scheduling an appointment you are making a commitment to
yourself and to me for that time of day.
If for any reason you find that you cannot keep your
appointment, it is required that notice be given 24 hours in
advance. If
notice is not given in time or if you do not show for your
appointment you will be charged in full for that particular
session. If I
can fill your appointment with a client who is not already
scheduled for that week, you will not be charged.
You may have someone else take your appointment for
you, such as a friend, family member, or co-worker.
Once I schedule you, I ask that you schedule your
other appointments around your massage.
If you are running late, please notify MassageWorks
as soon as possible so I may accommodate you to the best of
my ability. There
are many days when I have a waiting list for massage.
Late cancellations and no-shows leave other clients
in need of an appointment without one.
I am asking for your consideration in keeping your
appointments so I will be able to give you and others the
best possible service I can provide you with.
